Send me an email or give me a call to discuss what your business needs are and what I can do for you - I promise it's a lot. We can meet over coffee to chat if you're local - it's on me.
Once I have a better idea of what you need, I will send over a list of questions I'll need you to answer. It's best to have it confirmed in writing - this avoids getting any wires crossed with what you're hoping to get out of the process and saves us both time.

Quote & fees

Once we have agreed fees, I will send you a contract.
I will start producing copy aimed at your target customer once I have received 50% of fees up front.

I will send over the fabulous first draft, at which point, I will take the next 25% of fees.
If you have revisions, you will return the copy to me and I will make appropriate changes - I want you to be 100% happy. I will do this up to two times. If any more changes are requested or you have a change of heart, I will need to send you a revised quote.
Once you are happy with the final draft, the rest of the fee is expected within two weeks of receipt.
